I am not in favour of M$ but with the functions of browsing and zooming that the M$ product in question had.

Now, it is fortunate (or unfortunate for haters of M$) that windows xp fax and image viewer had these functions. You will have to agree that its arroaw keys and mouse wheel. You can try practicing all other cobinations and see which keys are best. You browse through images with the arrow keys, and you zoom in and out using mouse wheel. you zoom in to see detail or zoom out to see the bigger picture). Ask yourself, what is the most easiest and efficient way to browse through images while at the same time zooming in and out of them (because thats what you generally do. Let's forget about XP fax and image viewer. Let's forget about what we are already used to. So they will be put off when you give them something they are not used to. Everyone gets used to whatever they continue to do. And whether you like it or not, majority of XP users still use the built-in Fax and Image Viewer. I just said that browsing through images and zooming in and out of them should feel like something majority of windows are used to. I didn't say that ifranview should have same or similar functions like Windows Fax and Image Viewer. If they were, I wouldn't be here looking for alternatives.
